• Mechanical Core Aeration- The most important step for the overall health of your lawn.

Highly recommended on centipede and St. Augustine lawns due to their low tolerance

for traffic and compaction of soil.

• Mosquito Control: Once per month treatment from April through October (7

applications) based on mosquito life cycle.

• Compost Top-dressing- Top-dress lawn with quality compost improving soil structure by

adding organic matter, nutrients and microbial activity into soil.

• Tree and Shrub Services: Fertilization, Disease control, Insects and Mite control,

Horticulture oil application

• Lawn Pest Control: Grub prevention and control, Chinch bug, Army worm, Mole crickets,

fleas and other lawn insects.

• Lawn PH adjustment/Lime application

• Fire Ant control

• Lawn Fertilization with high quality slow-release fertilizer with micronutrients and Iron

application

• Lawn weed control: Proper timely applications based you your personal lawn analysis

and soil test including post emergent weed control. All packages include a soil test

analysis.

Basic Chemical Package-

• 2 pre-emergent applications (Spring and fall)

• 3 Slow-release Fertilizer applications (Spring and summer)

• 1 insecticide applications in Summer.

Regular Chemical Package-

• 2 pre-emergent application (Spring and fall)

• 3 Slow-release Fertilizer applications (Spring and summer)

Premium Chemical Package- (recommended if insects are active)

• 3 pre-emergent application (Late winter for Spring weeds, Spring for Crab grass/Nut
